5.1 Effect of different medicine on chicken bloody stool count challenging on chicken coccidiosis
Except the control, birds in all challenged groups presented bloody stool. Among the results, the results of anticoccidial powder was the lowest, and differed significantly with the control (p<0.05).

5.2 Effect of different medicine against coccidium

ACI<120: insensitive; ACI>160: sensitive; 120<ACI<160: partly sensitive.
Anti-coccidium index of anticoccidial powder in this experiment is 168, which indicates that it is sensitive to coccidium strain; other medicine is partly sensitive to coccidium strain.
5.3 Effect of different medicine on performance of birds
Addition of anticoccidial powder in feed, average daily weight gain of birds increased by 12.6% than that of the control (p<0.01); compared with other medicine, anticoccidial powder group differed significantly (p<0.01).
