PREMIX AND FEED ENZYME
Premix is intermediate type feed product which is composited by several different components including vitamins, minerals, amino acids and some medicines. It is part of completed feed and can not feed animals directly. It is considered as a core component of complete compound animal feed.
CHARATERISTICS OF PREMIX:
COMPLICATED COMPONENTS AND SMALL INCLUSION RATE.
Enzyme is a green, environmental protection and highly efficient feed additive. Due to small dosage, enzyme usually added into premix, improved the mixture uniformity in complete feed, and improved the uniform performance of complete feed form different batch raw materials. Addition of enzyme to premix also can reduce feed cost and improve animal performance.
THE NECESSARY OF ADDING ENZYMES INTO PREMIX
1. Premix is often mixed with raw materials such as corn, wheat, soybean meal, cottonseed meal, and rapeseed meal, etc. Those raw materials have the certain contents of different NSP, which are anti-nutritional factors and reduce nutrients digestibility and reduce animal performance. The addition of enzyme can improve nutrients digestibility and improve animal performance.
