v     There is few secretion of non-starch polysaccharidase in limnetic fishes' digestive tract.

v     There is only a little bacteria in limnetic fishes' digestive tract, so it can hardly digest the crude cellulose.

v     At the beginning of feeding, the limnetic fishes are rather small, thus the enzyme systems are incomplete, and the digestibility cannot meet the need of the growth.

v     The limnetic fishes' feed is the high protein feed. Besides the certain content of fishmeal, it contains a great amount of crude protein material, such as unconventional meal, which contain high crude cellulose and not easy to be digested.
